Gallo Paving was founded over 40 years ago by Frank Ramirez, Jr., a second-generation contractor who retired as a military officer after 27 years of active duty in the Army. With a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and family values, Frank built the company with the support of his wife, Sylvia, and children, Letty and Tico. Their dedication helped establish Gallo Paving as a trusted name in paving and utility construction, employing numerous family members over the years.

Today, Gallo Paving is proudly run by Frank's grandson, David Cortez, who continues the family legacy. Under his leadership, the company remains committed to the same values of excellence and integrity that Frank instilled, while embracing modern techniques and innovations. As a fourth-generation business, Gallo Paving continues to thrive and serve the community with pride.
